Reggie Johnson and Jose Mena met when they played High School football together in 2004. Friends for over 15 years, they decided to start their own HVAC company in 2017 with the idea of changing the perception of “the A/C guy”. They founded Titan Air Solutions in 2018 with specific core principles in mind: be honest, be fair, be the expert, and provide great solutions to customers. Reggie Johnson has been in the HVAC business for nearly a decade. He holds the Texas state HVAC license and is constantly educating himself and his team on the latest technologies and best practices in HVAC.

Originally from North Richland Hills, Texas, he knows the Fort Worth area very well and loves running his business here. Having a fun and friendly culture at Titan Air Solutions is important to Reggie. He leads by upholding his own personal values of honesty, innovation, punctuality, and truly cares about his employees and customers.

In his free time, he can be found working out, cooking, gobbling up cookies, or dreaming about his next Caribbean vacation.

Jose Mena was born into the HVAC business and takes great pride in his work. His father has been in the industry for over thirty years, and Jose has fond memories of going to work with his dad as a child. He went to school for business and decided to work in the HVAC industry eight years ago.

Jose loves building this business and giving his employees the opportunity to thrive. He believes in good old fashioned hard work, grit, and empowering others. His values shine through in his work, and he always puts family first.

In his free time, you can find Jose grabbing breakfast with his wife Nansi and two year old daughter Isabella, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, or telling dad jokes.

Jose Sr. is a critical member of our team at Titan Air Solutions. He taught Jose Jr. the HVAC ropes and has been in this business for 38 years. His expertise is second to none, and he brings an incredible amount of knowledge and experience to the Titan team.

Originally from Mexico City and with a degree in electrical engineering, Jose Sr. now lives in Fort Worth, Texas near his children and two grandchildren. He loves classic music, football, baseball, soccer, live theatre, racing cars, and his pet turtle.

He prides himself on being an honest and reliable person, which shines through in his work at Titan. You can always count on Jose to do a superb job on both residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Max is a resident of the Keller area. He is currently employed at Titan as one of our top Service Technicians. Max has earned several certifications during his time here. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, fishing, playing pool, and working on cars. He also loves to get involved in his community by offering his time to various non-profit organizations.

Sara


Sara is an outstanding member of the Titan Air Solutions team. She works as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and hails from El Paso, Texas. Sara consistently performs well in her job and strives to exceed expectations. During her leisure time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as playing disc golf, fishing, and hunting.
